To become a Kitchen Assistant apprentice, you need school certificate or equivalent education to do your Certificate II in Hospitality (Kitchen Operations).

You need to have prior education in Hospitality Asian Cookery (Thai) to do your Certificate II in Commercial Cook in Asian Hospitality Establishment or a Retail Food Outlet.

You need to have prior education in Hospitality (Operations) to do your Certificate II in Kitchen Assistant, Food and Beverage Attendant, Bar Attendant, Waiter, Cook Assistant, Room Attendant, Front Office Attendant, Front Office Attendant, Bar/Bottle Shop Attendant, Porter or Gaming Attendant.

You need school certificate or equivalent education to do your Certificate III in Hospitality (Catering Operations).

You need education in Hospitality Operations to do your Certificate III in Team Leader in Hospitality Areas.

You need school certificate or equivalent education to do your Certificate IV in Hospitality (Supervision).
